Meet Attorney Gabriel

Attorney Gabriel was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to immigrant parents and was raised in the Houston, Texas area. His mother is from El Salvador and his father was born to an American father and a Filipino mother. At an early age, he became aware of the struggles his parents faced as immigrants in the United States and eventually made it his goal to help those similarly situated. Attorney Gabriel eventually attended the University of Houston where he graduated at the top of his class and in the top 15 percent. He was recognized as a Magna Cum Laude graduate with high honors. 

After graduating from the University of Houston, he decided to pursue his goal of becoming an attorney in our nation’s capital – Washington, D.C. There, he attended the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. While in Washington D.C., Attorney Gabriel worked as a law clerk for various immigration law firms and eventually served as a legislative intern in the United States Congress for then U.S. Representative Gene Green.
