Attorney Roscom was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to immigrant parents and was raised in the Houston, Texas area. His mother is from El Salvador and his father was born to an American father and a Filipino mother. At an early age, he became aware of the struggles his parents faced as immigrants in the United States and eventually made it his goal to help those similarly situated. Attorney Roscom eventually attended the University of Houston where he graduated at the top of his class and in the top 15 percent. He was recognized as a Magna Cum Laude graduate with high honors.
